NihaRika Collections offers handmade terracotta clay idols, miniature figurines, showpieces, decorative items, and related handcrafted products.

  • All products are handmade, so slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, fabric, finish, and detailing may occur.
  • Product images are for reference. Actual product colour may vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen settings.
  • We try our best to provide accurate product details, images, prices, and availability, but errors may occasionally occur.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or remove any product without prior notice.
  • Product availability is subject to stock and confirmation at the time of order processing.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices may include applicable taxes / GST wherever applicable, as per current tax rules and product classification.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through PhonePe and associated payment partners.
  • We do not store your card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials on our servers.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Niharika.shop does not automatically confirm acceptance of the order. Orders are subject to confirmation, payment verification, stock availability, and successful processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect product information, payment issues, suspected misuse, or any other valid reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped as per the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on courier partner, delivery location, serviceability, local restrictions, festivals, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  • Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery handling and transit movement are managed by the courier service.
  • Customers are requested to provide correct shipping address, phone number, and email details while placing the order.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only under the conditions mentioned in our Return Policy.
  • Since our products are handmade and fragile, customers are requested to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in our policy.

Our products are handcrafted by artisans, and each piece may have natural handmade variations. These variations are not considered defects.

Minor differences in colour, design, shape, size, texture, fabric, detailing, and finish may occur from piece to piece. Such variations make each handmade item unique.
