Refund Policy
At NihaRika Collections, we want our customers to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Since our products are handmade, delicate, and carefully packed for safe delivery, refund requests are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled before the packing or dispatch process begins. As our handmade terracotta products are packed with special safety materials, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered the packaging process or has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved after discussion with the customer.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is missing from the package.
- The order is cancelled within the allowed time frame before packaging or dispatch.
- NihaRika Collections is unable to fulfil the order due to product unavailability or any other exceptional reason.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, an unboxing video is required for verification. The video should clearly show the package opening process, product condition, and all items received.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error.
- Customer not available to receive the package after repeated delivery attempts.
- Product damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper use, or accidental breakage.
- Product used, altered, repaired, or not in original condition.
- Minor handmade variations in colour, shape, size, texture, fabric, finishing, or detailing.
- Small detachable parts that can be reattached easily at the designated place, unless the main product is damaged.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, our team will verify the issue using the shared photos, video proof, order details, and courier information.
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on the customer’s bank, UPI, card, or wallet provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in the account.
5. Important Note
All refund approvals are subject to verification by NihaRika Collections. We request customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package, especially for fragile terracotta idols and showpieces, to help us resolve any genuine transit-related issue quickly and fairly.
