Shipping Policy
At NihaRika Collections, we carefully pack and ship handmade terracotta clay idols, miniature figurines, showpieces, and decorative products with proper care. Since many of our products are delicate and handcrafted, we try our best to ensure safe packaging and timely delivery through reliable courier partners.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, Ecom Express, and India Post.
International shipping is available on request. Customers may contact our support team for further assistance regarding international delivery availability, shipping charges, and estimated timelines.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are usually processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high demand, stock unavailability, packaging delay, or any other issue, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier serviceability, and the courier partner used.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, local restrictions, festivals, holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or on orders above a certain value, as mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
- Orders below the minimum order value may attract a small shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is generally not available. However, in special cases, COD may be considered on an approval basis after discussion with the customer. Additional COD charges may be applicable if COD service is approved.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Customers can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the shipment status on the respective courier partner’s website or tracking platform.
6. Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact our support team.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and try to provide an update within 24–48 hours.
7. Order Cancellation & Address Changes
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- Address change requests are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot usually be changed.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Although we take proper care while packing our handmade terracotta products, damage or loss during transit may rarely occur.
In case of any damage, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video proof of the package, product, and damaged condition.
After verification, our team will either arrange a replacement or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier companies to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of packages.
Our courier partners may include Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, Ecom Express, India Post, or any other suitable courier service depending on the delivery location and serviceability.
10. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, email address, and other contact details are correct while placing the order.
- Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
11. Important Note for Handmade Terracotta Products
Our products are handmade and fragile in nature. We use careful packaging to protect them during transit. However, customers are requested to open the package carefully and record an unboxing video, especially for fragile terracotta idols and showpieces. This helps us verify any transit-related damage claim quickly and fairly.
