1. Are NihaRika Collections products handmade?
Yes, our terracotta clay idols, miniature figurines, showpieces, and accessories are handmade by skilled artisans. Each piece may have slight variations in colour, shape, size, finish, and detailing, which makes every product unique.
2. What materials are used in the products?
Most of our products are made with terracotta clay and are hand-painted. Many figurines are also dressed with real fabric, and selected idols may have inner metal wire support for better strength and durability.
3. Are these products suitable for Golu, Navratri, Jhanki, and festival decoration?
Yes, our handmade clay idols and miniature figurines are suitable for Golu display, Navratri decoration, Janmashtami Jhanki, Dussehra display, pooja room décor, home decoration, gifting, and ethnic showpiece collections.
4. Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?
As every item is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, size, fabric, posture, and detailing may occur. Product colours may also vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen settings.
5. How are fragile terracotta products packed?
We use careful protective packaging for handmade terracotta products to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Since the products are fragile, customers are requested to open the package carefully.
6. Is an unboxing video required?
Yes, we strongly request customers to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify any transit damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim quickly and fairly.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, clear photos, and unboxing video. After verification, we will assist you as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery is generally not available. In special cases, COD may be considered on an approval basis after discussion with the customer. Additional COD charges may apply if COD service is approved.
9. How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are usually delivered within 6–8 business days. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take around 7–10 business days depending on courier serviceability.
10. Do you ship outside India?
International shipping is available on request. Customers may contact our support team for availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timelines.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before the packing or dispatch process begins. Once the order has entered packaging or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
