Return Policy
At NihaRika Collections, every product is handmade and carefully packed before dispatch. As our terracotta clay idols, miniature figurines, and showpieces are delicate in nature, returns are accepted only for genuine issues such as transit damage, manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or mismatch with the website details.
1. Return / Replacement Eligibility
A return or replacement request may be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transportation.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product does not match the website details in a significant way.
- The product or part of the set is missing from the package.
An unboxing video and clear photos are required for verification. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must report any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item within 48 hours of delivery.
For approved return or replacement cases, the return process must be completed as per the instructions provided by our support team.

3. Return & Replacement Process
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and verify the issue.
If the request is approved, we will provide further instructions for return or replacement.
The returned item must be unused, undamaged after delivery, and sent back in its original packaging with proper protective packing.
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets our return policy conditions.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or take further action as per the case.
4. Replacement for Product Sets
For products sold as a set, replacement will be provided only for the damaged or defective item, wherever possible. The entire set may not be replaced if only one item or part is affected.
5. Small Parts & Handmade Nature
Some handmade products may have small decorative parts attached with adhesive. In rare cases, such parts may detach during transportation. If the part can be easily reattached at the designated place and the main product is not damaged, it may not be considered eligible for replacement.
As all products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, size, fabric, finishing, texture, and detailing may occur. Such natural handmade variations are not considered defects.
Product colours may also vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen settings.
6. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges for sending the defective or damaged item back may be the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise approved by NihaRika Collections.
If a replacement is approved, NihaRika Collections will cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement item to the customer.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or accidental breakage.
- Product is used, altered, repaired, or not in original condition.
- Product is returned without original packaging or proper protective packing.
- Return request is made after the allowed reporting time.
- Reason for return does not match the stated policy.
- Customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
8. Important Note for Fragile Terracotta Products
Our products are handmade and fragile in nature. We use careful packaging to protect every order during transit. Customers are requested to open the package carefully and record a complete unboxing video. This helps us verify transit damage, missing items, or incorrect product claims quickly and fairly.
